HormoneLog

The record your doctor can actually use.

Baker Ventures LLC · in development · updated September 4, 2026

Track perimenopause and menopause symptoms consistently, log your HRT regimen, and walk into an appointment with a clear record instead of trying to remember three months under time pressure. Designed so your data stays on your phone.

Free guides, available now. How to prepare for a menopause appointment, what to bring to a 3-month HRT review, what the standard symptom questionnaires actually measure, and how to check what an app does with your health data.

Read the guides — no signup, no email.

Why this exists

A 2023 review of 28 menopause apps in BMC Women's Health found that most lacked any mechanism for sharing data with a healthcare provider or exporting a structured record for clinical use. Meanwhile The Menopause Society's own advice for getting the most from an appointment is to bring a list of your symptoms with frequency and timing. There is a gap between what people are told to bring and what the tools produce.

What the app will do

Not released yet. HormoneLog is in development and is not available on the App Store. The guides on this site are free and stand on their own.
This is general information, not medical advice. HormoneLog is a tracking tool, not a diagnostic or treatment device, and nothing here can tell you whether your symptoms are normal, what they mean, or what you should do about them. Those are conversations for a clinician who knows your history.
